Struggled to find a holiday to suit our needs so with the help of Kirsty and Louise at Bromborough hays travel we went in and booked one with no problems .. nothing was too much trouble very friendly and helpful so will definitely be going back to book with them for next year xx

Knowledgable and helpful
I need legroom seats because I’m disabled, so that means there are only 3 seats on the aircraft that I can use; usually 1D-F
Trying to book a holiday AND get those seats BOTH ways is a challenge but they always manage it. Takes time yes, but that’s how the agents work in Bromborough, meticulously.
