Fast efficient serviceas usual racheal chechecked hotel for us which could have been no good too us for for walking about as on a cliff she even got in touch with the hotel to vrrify things s o we then reebooked another favourite of ours over the phone all good sorted thankyou hayes carlisle once again a1 service per usual

Called into the Carlisle branch for information on one of the advertisement’s for a cruise we were very pleased with Jess who gave us great in-depth information on the cruise we were looking at she explained everything in detail and answered all questions we had asked.We booked our cruise with Jess and would like to thank her for her great service she is a credit to the branch
