Very pleasant travel advisor. Price matched another tour operator and helped take the worry out of booking.
Disappointed that I never received a call back about another possible booking so I ended up booking elsewhere - such a shame after the initial good experience

Booked a holiday for 2027 from start to finish Ruby Mountain was fantastic really helpful suggested some trips we should try and was very patient with our many questions will definitely be back to book another with Ruby. Thank you 🏖️😊☀️

Jane was really helpful and professional, however the remainder of the staff were very unprofessional and distracting. They were showing something on someone's phone and laughing, shouting across the shop floor, being really loud, ignoring customers that came in, until I assumed the manager spoke to someone to deal with them, don't think I would use again

Laura spent time going through all options and we were not rushed and found our perfect holiday
