Jo has been really helpful and friendly in booking our trip to Australia.
We had a bit of a problem with some of our flights (Cathy Pacific informed me that my 4 business class flights were cancelled) but Jo immediately looked into it and sorted it out.
So very happy and we’ll definitely use Hays again for any big trips we do.
