When I called into the shop, everyone was so helpful and understanding in listening to what I wanted, and guiding me to finding the right holiday for me.

Matt listened to what I wanted and did his best to make sure I got what I wanted. What let the experience down was the company they used to organise the flights which was only able to offer what it wanted and not what I wanted. This made booking flights more complicated and longer than it should have done

Staff took their time to arrange exactly what we wanted and made sure we knew everything that we had to do.

Four of us visited the Dawlish branch to book a cruise for next year. Colette, who looked after us was brilliant, she worked out exactly what package we were looking for and did her best to book the cabins we wanted.
