Tina at Hayes travel was wonderful she was very busy with everyone she dealt with and was very professional. When she dealt with me and my friend she was also very professional and very helpful.The hotel we wanted wasn't it the shearings brochure but we found it on Facebook and she took all the details and managed to book it for us. So very happy with the service.

Excellent service. The young lady who helped us was lovely. The notice on the table said she was training, but she did a great job. She completed our holiday booking and made it an easy and pleasant experience.

Excellent Customer Service
Yet again, Lisa came up trumps with booking a holiday for us whilst we were out of the country! We had given her our request of hotel, type of room, possible dates and she kindly investigated for us as soon as the holiday was released. Within less than an hour, everything was booked and the deposit paid. It's always a pleasure dealing with Hays Travel, and particularly Lisa. Thank you!

Lisa was so good, she phoned Fred Olsen direct and between them they booked everything all within an hour.Same cabin for back to back cruises, no moving halfway through the holiday.The Spey for Dinners,and at the time we wanted.
