Hays Goole have gone above and beyond for our holiday, after booking with a different branch and having issues they’ve taken over for us and answered every query and issue we’ve had. We are so grateful for all their help. Will definitely be booking future trips with them. Thank you again!

I was advised by a friend to go to Hays as she had used them.Walking into the travel was nice as all the staff were attentive straight away.The young lady who dealt with me was so nice and so efficient.Explained all that she was doing on the computer so that I knew I had what I needed in my insurance.It was a cold damp morning and the lady on the next desk made me a coffee which was very welcome.A good experience all round.

Staff delivery impeccable service from enquiry stages through to booking process

Maisie was very helpful, she found us several hotels in our chosen location. Booking process was made simple, everything was done for us, including overnight hotel and airport parking. Great service, would be happy to return here to book future holidays.

I called on looking for a holiday to a specific hotel which unfortunately for me wasn't to be Maisie and Estelle amazingly found a fantastic deal for me for a far better hotel at half the price I usually pay, not only that they were so helpful in arranging the extras required as a disabled passenger, I walked out feeling so confident that everything was done they really couldn't have done more

Our tour operator was Alysha and we thought she was very good she gave us all the information we needed nothing was to much trouble for Alysha and we both decided to go ahead and book a holiday to Jersey. We can definitely recommend Hays Travel in Goole. 10/10 ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY.
