Great service, patient and arranged seating with the airline when room on the plane did not appear possible, noting we had 2 children who couldn't sit by the exit doors. Was able to save money in comparison to the on-line direct option.

It was so easy working with Cas when talking about our holiday with friends she went through loads of different hotels and holidays till we found 3 to choose from & show our friends we had no trouble booking on our next visit on 3/8/26.
