Lovely, helpful staff
This is our second holiday booking with Hays at the Hempstead Valley Shopping centre. I have also discussed holiday options via email and over the phone and every time my interactions are good. The team are polite and friendly with good knowledge and helpful in lots of ways. We were guided very clearly through the process and got a fairly last minute holiday booked well. Very happy and will use again in the future.

Sophia was amazing
Sophia our travel agent was amazing was so helpful in guiding us through the process, as well as being polite and friendly. She even got us discount due to the football special which as holiday costs are going up really helped. Would definitely recommend the service from Sophia.
