Cruising and getting it right!
This was our first time booking a cruise in almost 30 years. With health conditions to take into account, it was essential to get it right.
Ethan, an apprentice with Hay’s Travel was considerate, professional and understanding - his status did not reflect his confidence and knowledge.
I have used Hays Travel once before recently (when doing a city break with a friend) and both times felt I would be happy and, hopefully, will return again to book another trip.
