Emma - fantastic knowledge
Emma, took the time to listen to what we wanted, although we did change our mind and then when back to our original choice.
She was professional and polite all the way through our booking, making sure we were aware of everything we had requested, our first choice cabin wasn't available so she discussed our next best option.
She really did know what she was talking about.

Helpful to first time cruisers
We have never cruised before but the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the different Cruise lines and also the cabin location. They also price matched a deal we had found elsewhere.
