Tracey is a credit to the team!
I used the Marple branch to book my honeymoon. I had no idea where to start as its a little overwhelming for such a important holiday. Tracey is a diamond! She asked me questions found out what our likes and dislikes were. We then found the perfect place and she constantly price checked and emailed the hotel to get further information etc. Nothing was too much for her. She is a credit to the team! The process to book was quick and easy. Thank you for helping us choose our dream honeymoon!

Pauline was extremely helpful, we couldn’t find anything for this year that fitted with our dates, so I asked Pauline to find something for next year, she found something and emailed me later that day and when I went in the next day Pauline booked everything without any fuss, we are looking forward to a cruise around Scotland next year, thank you very much Hays and specially Pauline 🛳️
