Sylvia was welcoming and offered to try to get me booked to join friends for a group holiday which was already showing as ‘sold out’. Knew what type of holiday and where we wanted to go before we visited Hays but was happy when Ceilidh went through the details of a number of the hotels we had shortlisted. Ceilidh was able to book a balcony room (which wasn't available when I viewed it online) at our first choice hotel and at a price cheaper than I could find online. Happy with our experience.
