I Found Steve, most helpful and accommodating with Great Customer Service skills. I really Appreciated his wealth of knowledge and Advice pertaining to choice of holiday as I was quite apprehensive prior to the Appt and a little stressed. Steve really put me at ease and was both reassuring and pleasant and personable ready to answer any questions. I was truly grateful for his input and demeanour.
