Excellent customer service
We discussed with 2 team members and a lady in training. All were super helpful, informative and cheerful. They discussed everything we needed to know and more.
There was no sense of a pushy sale but just polite and welcoming. We are very much looking forward to our cruise.

All staff always go out of their way to find just what the customer is looking for
Fiona at the Paignton branch has always delivered amazing results for me. This time I was booking I was unable to speak with Fiona as she was on a day off so Megan took up the challenge. I now know that Megan is newly qualified but she took up the challenge of all our requirements and found some amazing mini beaks and then was supported by another member of staff to make the final booking for us.
