Booking our holiday with Hays
The member of staff, took her time to search for a holiday in Malta which would cover our wants and needs. She didnt give up, even though she was having difficulty in finding exactly what we wanted. She then asked 2 other colleagues to help her find us a holiday as close to what we wanted as possible. Nothing was too much. We had excellent customer service and in the end we booked our holiday. Thank you to all the staff at Hays Travel Royton. You have always provided me with great customer service.

Christina was extremely helpful, listened to what we wanted, made sure we got the best deal to suit us, eg flight times, room type etc. Also booking the assisted service at the airports for us. All done efficiently and friendly.
