Bev was wonderful as usual, she rang back when she said she would and had all the details ready for what we asked for. This is the sixth time that we have booked our holiday through Hays and we are always happy with the customer service.

I was most impressed with the professional and efficient service I received and how calm your employee was when things didn't go according to plan, i.e. the website being used wouldn't accept my email address. How bizarre! However, the problem was overcome.

we had details of what we wanted when etc the agent was very helpful. the prices where cheaper online, but the agent managed to get it a little cheaper and managed to get our preferred seats on the plane.
