Stress free booking
Laura our travel adviser was amazing, a credit to Hays. We wanted to book a holiday in Rome and as Laura had already been there several times it made our booking process that little bit easier. We booked a hotel on her recommendation having looked at several options,our flights and transfers sorted and Laura even gave us the name of a restaurant she suggest we consider. All in all an excellent service

The FCDO is definitely the best place to check. Just pop in with it when you have the new one and we can get you all checked in when its open :-)
Second booking
It’s the second time I’ve booked with Hayes travel Southport. Rebecca is knowledgeable and patient. She listens to what you want, your budget and advises you accordingly. There is no pressure just guidance, I will be booking again!
