I recently lost my husband and my son, who recently moved to New Zealand wants me to go to them for Christmas. I was worried about organising the trip to Heathrow and went into your Tiverton branch. The staff in there were so welcoming and so helpful. They organised the trip down, booked me into a Premier Inn nearby and then asked if I had the documentation needed. I had not heard of Etsa or the other one. They explained that I couldn't get on the planes without them. My whole trip would not have happened but for them. I cannot praise them enough.

The staff were amazing they were polite and nothing was to much trouble I wouldn't book any where else great choices and they give you wat you ask for

Staff are always helpful and friendly.
They do their best to make finding and booking a holiday as easy as possible. This time I knew where I wanted to go but I the bast I've not been sure and they are good at finding options for you to choose from.

Trying to organise and book our dream safari and beach holiday was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Becca from Hays Tiverton did a brilliant job in finding two itinerary’s for us to compare. After deciding which one we’d prefer with a little bit of tweaking she had just about got it spot on. We decided to go for it and book our dream holiday. Then the fun began, there were a few issues with the supplier of the safari. I was beginning to feel like it was not going to happen. But with Becca’s expertise she managed to sort things out. Everything is now booked and I can’t wait for it all to happen. Thank you Becca for your perseverance.

Phoned to book a cruise i had seen on line at a great price.Becca actually found a better deal for that cruise which was an upgrade to balcony cabin for approx £1-50p a night each well done Thank You
