Didn't receive a bill with a full breakdown of what I've been charged for. I feel I've paid more than I've seen the cruise advertised for .

Helen was wonderful sorting out queries and getting information for our belated honeymoon to Hawaii and United States.
Spent a few hours going through everything we would need.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. After a lot of info from Riviera Cruises about our forthcoming river cruise and the fact it may be cancelled, Tracy and Joanne could not have done a better job looking after us. Making sure we were kept updated and organising our cancellation, rebooking and booking a last minute holiday. Well done girls yous deserve a medal for all the hard work.
