Having tried booking online, my friend and I resorted to Hays Travel, Westbourne. We experienced professional help, courteous behaviour in a warm, welcoming environment and Skye was a pleasure to deal with. She found us exactly what we wanted, sorted, booked all done with a smile. Excellent customer service and lovely atmosphere in the office.
