We booked car hire for a trip in USA. Corey at the Wickersley branch did all the heavy lifting, finding us the best deal, the insurance package that suited our needs, and the best price that we have found, despite trawling the internet. Having done many previous road trips in the States and encountered lots of "hard sells" at the collection desk, it was important to us to make sure we had all the insurance that we need, and the package we got ticks all the boxes. Corey was polite and attentive, remembered my name (we'd been in the previous week), and answered all our questions in detail. If he wasn't sure of something, he made a point of finding out from colleagues. Thank you for sorting out the final piece of the jigsaw for our big trip this year!
