I would give a zero but cant
I would give a zero but cant! So on a public pavement outside ours under the manholes there are toilets blocked- baby wipes. Not the 1st time!! We ask a plumber to look and he calls metro rod to blast. They say shared drains and likely to be a neighbour - so now a massive bill. Hafren Dyfrdwy then says we should have called them 1st (even though they would not come immediately and at the first stage there is water flowing from upstairs to downstairs out of a toilet). So if you do not know what the problem is with your house flooding and call for immediate help - thats wrong. Apparently we should have called HD and waited (for upstairs to fall through to downstairs). So how exactly are we supposed to know that we should not call a plumber out to investigate? You wont pay as you were not our first call. Our first call was to a local plumber who came immediately which took 4 to 5 minutes - to save the house. So you wash your hands of this as we didnt call you first and wait patiently. Crap service. Literally.
