Poor communication
Orders are taking 3 weeks because of Coronavirus... Which is fine, but I would've liked to know that BEFORE I placed my order. Also, it would have been nice if I would've gotten email confirmation or information about shipping, but I had to reach out to them to even find out why orders are delayed. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering any phone calls so you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone. I might still get my order, but the communication and customer service is lacking big time, I will not order from this company agian.

I could have ordered from China and it would have gotten here sooner. Still currently waiting for my order to be shipped. Order confirmation then no word for weeks.
If you like waiting weeks and weeks for your order
I’ve ordered from this store twice. The first time, it took a week to ship the item 10 days to ship the item and over 2 weeks for it to arrive. The price was good so I decided to give them another chance... big mistake. I emailed customer service after waiting a week without notice. In the reply, they state that my order will be delayed 3 weeks due to volume of sales and that I should have been notified at checkout (I was not notified at checkout). This is absolutely ridiculous because there is no way this is due to having too many sales. Today will be 3 weeks since placing my order and still no shipping notice. No way will I give them my business again.
Terrible to work with
Terrible to work with. They do not tell you that there is a delay in fulfilling the order, 10-15 days. Then they provide a tracking number, that does not track anything. Saying that it will update when arrives at its destination. It is been about 3-4 weeks of nothing but troubles with this company.

This company gave me an invalid tracking number. They won’t return my emails or calls, I did speak to someone on the phone a few weeks ago so I thought this was a real company. I don’t know what is going on. I think this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Charged my credit card two weeks ago. No contact at all. No tracking number. Site still lists as order processing. Tried to call the so called customer service line 20 times no answer. Finally got a voicemail on the last one but box is full and you can’t even leave a message. No response to email yet either.
