Excellent service and tailor made health care plan…
I received a call from Sarah Johnston following a request for more info via the online website enquiry form. I had no idea what kind of health cover I needed or how much it would cost. I wanted to make sure myself and my two sons were going to have peace of mind for our future healthcare as we have all experienced very long waiting lists with the nhs. Sarah went through everything in a clear and understandable way. She listened to my requirements and tailored a plan for each of us separately and explained why we all needed different types of cover due to my ongoing health issues. The cost and value for money was really surprising and I was able to add a couple of extras that I didn’t think I’d be able to afford. Sarah communicated with me throughout the day with calls emails and text messages to confirm that the application process for each of us was going through. I felt really happy that not only had I found the right plans for me and my sons but also the customer service and support was fantastic. There’s even an app for each of us to access our health plans and make the most of the services on offer and track our health needs. Thank you Sarah for making this whole process easy to understand 😃

Limited communication for annual renewal. Couple of emails and renewed with same provider.
No personal touch or feeling that I was anything more than a name and email address. No idea if I got a good or the best deal.

Ahead of your renewal, we carried out a full market review and negotiated a reduction in your Vitality premium. We also confirmed that, for your current level of cover, the alternative providers we reviewed were more expensive and therefore recommended remaining with Vitality at the discounted premium.
We appreciate that this was handled by email rather than over the phone. While we're pleased you confirmed you were happy to proceed, we understand your comments about wanting a more personal discussion to better understand the work we'd carried out on your behalf and the options we had considered. That's valuable feedback, and we'll take it on board.
