Scam company trying to pass off as a legitimate Heathrow parking facility. They will take your money and then either refuse to give a refund (if you can get them to respond) If they do give a refund they charge a ridiculous £20 admin fee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM.

This company is operating a scam I believe. We paid the fee but received no further contact post confirmation. On the day that we were travelling we called both numbers provided but neither of them are working. We have emailed them and sent a communication via their form submission with no response from either. I’m surprised that they are a sponsored ad on Google. Other airport parking staff confirmed it’s a scam.

There’s a reason this company has 1 star rating.
If it was possible to give less than 1 star, they still wouldn’t deserve that.

Most unprofessional, bogus company ever.
Made us wait more than 1-hour before telling us they don’t know where the car key is.

If you want stress, everything to go wrong from drop off to pick up, then use this company.

I’m not sure why Heathrow Airport allows them to operate services and business for Heathrow customers.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY / WEBSITE!!
They are operating illegally in the car parks at Heathrow. They have no ID, no uniform, no insurance and are do not hold a licence to operate. They drove my vehicle without permission which is a criminal offence. Their terms are not in line with the consumer rights act and they treat customers like dirt once they have your money. They turned up with our cars after waiting for over 2 hours and they were filthy dirty and had been left on a random industrial estate. DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutely awful service. We waited over an hour for our car at Heathrow, which completely defeated the point of paying for a "meet and greet" service. When I called to find out what was happening, the staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful. No professionalism, no apology. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. They don't even have a stand in the airport! Use Purple parking or holiday extras- Maple Parking- at least they have a stand in the airport.

Do not use this company.
This company has the same/similar name as others.
Our Range Rover had been used, it came back with internal damage to the leather and was filthy inside.
We left a purse with change in which was taken it only contained £15 in change but was hidden, shows they had a good look around.
We used the meet and greet service from Heathrow T5.
We will never use them again.

Took over an hour to deliver car to terminal 4. Like others, I thought I was booking a company linked to heathrow. Was told 35 to 40 mins which I wasn't happy with and then took 70 mins to deliver. Avoid and won't use again.

wish i had read this before paid them £100 and now have to book official parking at £180, so £280 down.

At least will help my family not be late for the flight and they wont get to use my car.

This company are using the same brand colours as genuine Heathrow parking to scam people - me included. I thought I was booking the real thing. The booking process was fine and looked very official, but had to wait an hour after drop off at T5 car park, and when the driver arrived, he told me we had to pay the parking fee which was another £18.50. At that point i was concerned and video'd my car condition. The car had a tag inside it and was moved arounbd residential areas several times during our holiday. Luckily it came back in one piece and on collection, we had another £7.50 to pay for the pleasure of it being dropped off at T5 parking again. The car also stank for about 3 days. DO NOT USE!!!

Awful scam company.

Waited 25 minutes after arrival for someone to pick the car up, no apology.

Saw from airtag location while on holiday that the car was moved several times from a parking location to residential streets around West London. Didn't check mileage before and after for certainty but for sure around 1/5th of fuel tank was gone.

Pickup - waited an hour for them to bring it back with 30 minutes of them saying it was 'max 5 mins away' - of course we could see that the car was not moving at all for the first 45 mins, despite calling as soon as we cleared baggage reclaim.

Then found rubbish in the car, phone holder missing and knock-off prada sunglasses in the back seat, while the guy returning it tried to sneak off before we had checked for scratches and dents (seems we got luckier than others in this case).

All in all a company that will take your money and deliver a terrible service while using your car as their own for the week.

Do not use this company. Landed 31/05/25. Was told to wait 50 minutes for the car to be returned. When the car was returned it had dents to 3 of the doors. I was told to send an email and images to Heathrow Meet and greet and id get a response in 5 days. 5 days later i get an email to say i needed to contact a subsidiary. So i contacted Falcon parking. Not sure who they are and whether my contract was with them or HMG. Its been 11 days and ive still not heard a thing. Ive used many Meet and Greets in my time, none have been this poor.

I should have known better, working in IT and dealing with cyber security. I thought i was on the official Heathrow website when I booked this last minute. It looks and feels like THE Heathrow site.
I booked my car in, rang them dutifully in advance of my arrival and was then left waiting an HOUR in the car park for someone to arrive. And I had to pay the £15 parking ticket - I thought I was going to miss my flight. On the way back, same thing, you have to pay to get the car back out of the car park as well - this is explained in the email, but you don't expect to wait an hour for someone to turn up.
I tried to get a VAT receipt using the Heathrow website, supposedly it's supposed to be on the confirmation email. It's not. And Heathrow official parking references start with an "A", not HMG

I've been trying to speak to the person I dealt with, but he's not answering me.
Sending a bad review to these people by trust pilot isn't going to help at all. They're scammers and they need to be shut down.

The car was returned late, when ckecked the car was parked on a high street (not secured). Even though you pay for parking, you are expected to pay for the heathrow parking, absolute scam company. The company has no affiliation with Heathrow Airport, avoid and cannot be trusted.

I recently booked with this scam of a company for meet and greet at Terminal 5. We did exactly as they asked and called them when we were 30mins away from the airport and they said that someone will be there to collect the car. We pulled into the car park and waited around 10 mins before I called them again to ask where they were. They said someone will be with us shortly. We waited probably another 10/15 mins before someone started walking over to our car looking around the car and started taking photos. We obviously went over to talk to them and they bearly spoke any English, they kept pointing at his paperwork in his hand then pointing at the car. I asked to look at the paperwork in his hands and it did had the our number plate written down. We then gave him the keys and got into the car and drove off. Me and my partner were slightly concerned but we’ve never done meet and greet before so we didn’t know how it works. Anyways, we come back from holiday and called them as we land. They said no problem we will bring your car round now. We made our way back to where we dropped it off. We waited around for around 20 mins and I then called them to get a ETA. BOBBY then proceeded to tell me they never had our car in the first place and that we should now call the police and report it as stolen. He then started to blame us for not getting a receipt and we gave the car to a random person! THATS KINDA THE POINT! In the confirmation email it never states you will receive a receipt when dropping off. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate of the situation. I called the police and reported the car as stolen as we both didn’t know what else to do. Heathrow police then called me and said that this is a daily struggle with these third party companies. Heathrow police have confirmed that they will take your car and will park it in a random road (THEY DO NOT HAVE SECURE PARKING) they will then forget where they have parked your car. They will then tell you to report it as stolen to not be liable for losing your car. It’s disgusting and they need to be completely shut down. They shouldn’t even be using “Heathrow” in their company name as they are not affiliated with Heathrow Airport. They eventually “located the car” in a nearby holiday inn around 1pm the next day. This was actually incorrect info they gave us as when we showed up to the holiday inn the car was no where to been seen. We then was obviously getting increasingly more furious as they said just wait 10 mins for them to bring the car. They then tired to get us to take the police tag off the car to transport it. We obviously said no we are not stupid. We then threatened to call the police again they then stated shouting abuse down the phone and would refuse to tell us where the car was. Thankfully the car turned up 20 mins later by the original driver who took the car PROBABLY BECAUSE HES THE ONLY ONE WHO KNEW WHERE IT WAS. He had no idea what was going on. Long story short this company is a complete scam DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Do not use this Company. They are impossible to contact. I booked but had to cancel within days. Unable to contact anyone or get money back!

Both on collection and returning our car, they were very poor. They request you phone them 30 mins before, you arrive at their car park destination, makes no difference, as they take a further 30 mins, picking your car up. Returning, no difference, 45 min wait, fobbed off with lots of excuses. By far, the worst car parking company at Heathrow. All other companies. provided prompt efficient service. My advice, DON'T USE THEM.

I wish I had read the reviews before we used this company. Everything was fine on the drop off at the airport (except that we had to pay for the validation of the parking ticket???). On the return, we called and were told the car would be with us in 30min, 40min max. This was annoying as we had followed their instructions as to when to call etc. We waited patiently. We then made a follow up call, as our car had not arrived 40min later to be told it was on the way and it was going to be a max of 10mins. The operator was rude and disinterested. There was no representation or booth at the airport terminal. It arrived and the driver didn't even check the car was ours before handing back the keys - he was also completely offhand and dismissive. Again we had to validate and pay for our parking ticket. It does not mention on their website or on the booking confirmation that this cost was for us and we've never had to cover it before with other companies. Terrible service.

Awful. Do not use. I admit partly my own fault for not fully reading ts and cs but at a minimum I expected
A) directions to be correct - they were not, the postcode given was 15min from the terminal 3
B) to be met..
what actually happened was we waited for 15mins, then a man in dirty clothes arrived, we had to pay again for the short term car park (both on way in and way out) despite having pre-paid online.
The ts and cs accept no responsibility for anything and also allow them to farm out responsibility to some sister company. Just don’t use them… this is not a good met and grey service

If we could give this a -10 we would. do not go near this company whatsoever.
I thought this was an official site as that is what they advertise as. You will see the email I sent them to complain below and they haven't come back to me at all even with chasing them. Stay away from them.
Dear sirs

I used your services whilst going on a business trip. Unfortunately, I am really not happy.

1. I rang through 30 minutes before arriving. I had to wait nearly another ½ hour. I had filled my car up with electric the night before at my hotel and had enough fuel to get me home. Upon my return the electric was flat and the fuel was on red. I appreciate you park off site but seriously how far away?
2. Your operative, when collecting the car wanted £7.50 in cash. I only had a note onme and he had no change. I did see this on my paperwork. It caused a bit of a problem and at no point did he tell me I could have paid by card just inside terminal/car park doors by the lift. I ended up giving him £10
3. Upon my return I rang through 8 times from baggage but no-one answered or came back to me. 45 minutes later when I got to the car park I tried again but still no answer. In the end I had to ring my office who the contacted you on another number. Overall numerous calls and 2 hours later I finally got my car. This is more ‘collect and wait’ as opposed to ‘pick up and go’. I still tried ringing a few times as your office said on route and still there was no answer. I could have stayed in the airport using their toilet facilities and had a coffee if I had known it was going to take this long instead of standing in a car park waiting. After a 9 hour flight – not a service I was expecting or wanted. The driver eventually turned up and I had to dash off late!! When I got home I looked in the back of the car and saw my items on the floor and my back seat belt bunched up with debris all over the sea, as if something had been harnessed in. This is a brand new Range Rover (see photos below). I then looked around the car in more detail and saw scratches on the passenger side front bumper (again see photo below).

This is definitely not acceptable and I can only presume was used whilst I was away. Very unsatisfactory service and
