I am over the bloody moon..the bed is stunning..for want of a better word..im going to really enjoy it..beautifully made.. heavenly Beds have been fantastic from start to finish..communication wise.. when I had a minor issue..they got back to me straight away even though it was out of hours..
Im eststatic. Please get your beds from.them. there is a bed to suit everyone..even your pet dog

Ordered a high bed in January after surgery and paid for delivery and installation. First delivery, the bed was incorrectly made so the matress sat deeper inside the frame than it should - similar to a cot. Another 8 attempts given to rectify this - twice not delivered in the timeslot I was given and waited in for . The other 6 attempts were either wrongly made, damaged or a combination of both. They are entirely blaming delivery company who they chose to use. Heavenly Beds did send me £300 compensation after 4th attempt to deliver. After 9 failed attempts to deliver an undamaged and correcty made bed, I asked them to collect and refund. They told me to keep the damaged bed but removed the compensation from my refund as I was "keeping the bed". I do not want the bed, they wont take it away. Im left with a damaged, incorrectly made bed that I need to pay to dismantle and dispose of, no compensation for 9 days waiting in, countless telephone calls and emails. Simply awful company who take no responsibility for poor workmanship and blame everyone else

Bed is lovely- very high quality and sturdy and despite the size and all the parts that came with it, it was fairly easy to put together. There’s lots of communication between yourself and the company and they keep you in the loop regarding timings for bed delivery and when they’ll be arriving!

I must confess I was very dubious about ordering a bed online without physically seeing it, but I needn’t have worried. I ordered swatches initially, these arrived promptly, I then ordered my new sleigh bed and 4000 spring mattress. I had a notification when my order was received 17 Feb, a notification to say it was with the delivery company, I had to reject my first delivery as I wasn’t at home, fear not the delivery was promptly rearranged and the lovely delivery men arrived at 5pm on Sunday. I noted that the headboard had some damage to the packaging and had left a mark on the fabric, I advised heavenly beds and informed them I would let the mark dry and reassess, thankfully I could brush it off, however, heavenly beds had already shipped some industrial cleaner that promptly arrived the next day.

As we were finishing off the decorating in our bedroom, the bed frame didn’t actually go upstairs until yesterday, where my husband assembled it with a little help by me, it was extremely easy to put together. When we unpacked the foot end of the bed, there was unfortunately a little damage to the fabric, I immediately sent some photos to the support email, they were very apologetic and arranged for a new foot board to delivered and the damaged one collected, no trouble at all.

The quality of the bed is 5 star, I was wondering if I’d receive some flimsy wood covered in cheap fabric but I can honestly say that this is most definitely not the case, it very study and now it’s in place I can’t move it, it’s very well made.

We did have an issue getting the mattress upstairs but with a bit of jiggery pokery we managed to get there.

I’m honestly thrilled to bits with my bed and would highly recommend heavenly beds and wouldn’t hesitate to buy a bed from them.

Had a very good experience with this company, placed my order online and shortly after I received a call and they went through my order again, 8 days later my bed arrived very well packaged but there was a tiny wee corner of the side rail that had been damaged in transit, next morning Heavenly beds called me to sort out the damage .
They are really on the ball, can't fault them, and I'm not someone who is easily pleased so 10out of 10 heavenly beds

Honestly, this is the best company to get a bed from. I got my dream bed from here — not only are the beds beautiful and super comfortable, but the team is also fantastic. After my cat decided to scratch some of the fabric on my bed, the company helped sort out a piece of fabric so I could repair the damage. I couldn’t wish for a better company to purchase from.
