Complete scam and can't make a claim via credit card companies as classed as crypto / gambling rather than investment. Original email no longer valid , loads of phone calls, could see investment but stopped changing shortly after, again loads of calls to deposit more funds, luckily didn't do that and asked for a refund, could use the online refund tool. Just horrendous and caught me at a very low time in my life, mentally and financially

They are a rip off company, I put £200 in and a month later they wanted me to put £10.000 in. I didn’t have that sort of money, I told them I didn’t have that sort of money, they wanted me to lend it from them and I could pay them back and I said no I won’t do that. Now I can’t even get into the account when I go to log in. It says don’t exsist.

Wish I had known about this scam before investing £200. I now can’t access my account online, had
a few calls to confirm
They would send me a mail with instructions how to get my money back. Nothing! STAY CLEAR!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!
All the signs were there:
Calling on mobiles not landlines
Their website would not show up on any search engine
No UK address
Not actually based in the UK
UK phone number never answered
They look for more money after 2 weeks trading
Unable to get any withdrawal
after they stop trading for you I got another call from a so called security company wanting to screen share my laptop to “check my investment”!
So a scammer looking to check my scam! Brilliant!
They get better all the time!
So I now assume his sort of thing is a scam until I get solid proof otherwise!

I too have been scammed by this company. I have taken a personal loan out to cover the investment. Feel sick now that after months of calling emailing I cannot get any answers. I just want my money back if anyone knows how or have been successful please update me.

As others, initial £250 investment, trial increased return shown, a small withdrawal undertaken so it works. Then asked for £3000, NO, ok well £2000, NO. Have been trying since end of November 2023 to get money back. Told had to go through Certik as the profits now exceeded €2000. Further scam with Certik as profits now exceeding €18,000 and needed to assign 10% to get funds liquidated legally via IRS. ALL A SCAM!!!!

Father in Law was lured by the promise of excellent returns. Now when he wishes to withdraw funds they ignore him and refuse to credit him the money. After opening the account he received daily calls to increase his deposits, even having his account handler have her "boss" call him . CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS !!!

I wish I had found this site before being scammed by this company I’ve contacted various people from outside this company they are chasing to get my investment back.
Like all on here they are a total scammer keep away from them.
I’m not going to let this go. I’m putting it on social media as much as possible.
I used money I had from an insurance critical illness claim. I had just sitting in the bank feel so stupid but that’s how many must feel.

Stay well clear this companyy are a bunch of thieves one day had a healthy balance next day gone all the monies was withdrawn said they sent it to my bank account no trace of it cant get an answer by phone or email
SCAMMERS don't touch them with a barge pole

Under no circumstances trust these thieves. They take your money and then go to ground. Their website chat and email does not get a reply and their agents only use WhatsApp. Then block you. Please avoid these scammers!!!

I signed up to this company a month ago and the guy on the other side pestered me to increase the funds everyday.
I have rang multiple times to get my money back and simply cant get through either by phone or on line. No communication whatsoever, alarm bell started ringing of being scammed. I asked for my account to be closed and fully refunded. The little tw*ts will not refund my money. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Definitely a scam I signed up 2 months ago I've made a bit of money off my first investment of £250 but since then lost all contact from staff soon as I refused to put another £2000 in . Now no replys off no one through emails or phone the phone just plays music straight away and uts off and emails just get no replys so can safely say bye bye to my money the scamming sh*ts . Stay away from this site

Sadly same as other reviews, made initial investment pestered daily to increase this amount. Now trying to close account & get my money back but zero response to emails, messages & if you phone the customer service number it just plays music as soon as you call.

Just adding on my previous respond about this company. I tried to get my deposit back but no one is responding. No emails replying, no phone answering. if anyone’s somehow got deposit back, please, please, please can you share the information! This people not deserved to live on this planet.

joined this company a month ago.
I was promised they will do everything for me and earn a bit of money. I was asked to put more money in to as the minimum not enough to make a good holiday.

For few days I couldn't log in to my account. Tried to contact them with all numbers that I can find on their platform and emails for few days, no answer no reply! Haven't heard from them yet.
They are not to be trusted

I joined this company less than 2 months ago and was promised a low risk trade, using only 20 percent of the entire fund. But they regularly called to ask me for more funds to trade up.
Today, their risk department called to ask me to increase it, doubling my initial investment, citing issues that they have hedged heavily on a Solana crypto.
Now my account has lost everything within 2 hours from a positive position. My account has been locked out. They are not to be trusted.
Like all the other reviews, we have been conned of thousands of pounds. This named organisation doesn't have an entity that I would like to sue or report. They are CROOKS. If anyone knows who they are, please give me the information.
