Hertz - Albuquerque - San Mateo Northeast Bewertungen 

I had a work trip scheduled on 10/08, which required a rental vehicle. I always rent from Hertz. Since the date fell on the time during the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, it was difficult finding a location with available cars. I scheduled a rental at 6300 San Mateo Blvd NE. I did not receive a call, email or any notification within the app that my reservation was cancelled. I arrived at the location around 830-9am. There were two women sitting behind the counter. The manager of this location, Chelsea, began "helping" me by yelling at me and being aggressive and unprofessional saying that "she doesn't have any vehicles for me and that she tried to call but the number is disconnected". I showed her my account and said this is the number I have on my account and I also have an email attached, how come no one reached out or even cancel the reservation from your end so I wouldn't have to flying from Phoenix. She preceeded to yell at me. I asked politely if she could change her tone with me, this is when the second lade jumped out of her seat towards me and aggressively yelled at me with pointing a finger to the door that I needed to leave. I have NEVER had a more awful customer service experience. I don't think this is the way ANY customer should be treated. Yelling should never be part of customer service. I honestly did not feel safe being there, and I was the only customer in that office. Chelsea was the name that the manager gave me and the second lady would not give me her name.

On the flip side, when I returned to the airport, the Hertz location at the Sunport Airport in Albuquerque was extremely helpful, appologetic on the behalf of my prior experience at San Mateo Blvd location and helped me obtain a vehicle as well as provided a discount. I want to say a HUGE thank you to their manager Horia and the employee that helped me, he said his name was Wolfgang. These are the type of people you should have as employees!

Very professional, courteous and friendly. Vehicle was ready when requested and a nice vehicle.

The location I use always treat me really well. I always get treated good and fast checking in and out.

Reserved a car. When I arrived at the rental car center, Hertz did not have any cars. Terrible experience. What do they think reservations are for????!!!!!!?????

The ladies at Hertz go up and beyond for me so I can see my daughter. Hands down the best place to rent from. Best prices and Dog friendly! The staff and service at the San Mateo location are out of this world the lady's need a raise. 20 Star rating if I can they never disappoint me

It was a sold out airport location so I had to rent from an offsite location. They were very friendly, efficient, and professional.

I was able to find a car to use when all other vendors were out of vehicles. I was also able to drop the car off in a different city for a minimal fee. Great service!
