I made my reservations like 3 weeks in advance. They day of my rental they said they called me. I didn't receive the call nor did they leave me a message. But I drove up there to get the car and she looked at me and said what u want and I said to pick up my car. She said that I called you and told you that we are not renting put personal use cars only insurance purpose cars only. I told her I didn't receive call or voicemail. Which I didn't. I said what am I suppose to do and she said I dont know we don't have any cars. I said now how do I get refund and she just ignored me. Hertz have lost my business and I will never recommend them to anyone. They wait until last minute to tell me I cant rent a car when they knew that in advance and said it was a corporate thing.
