I had an exceptional experience at Hertz! The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The manager, Shaq, was absolutely wonderful. He assisted me promptly and made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free.
He got me in and out quickly and put me in a brand-new Hyundai Sonata that was beautiful, spotless, and smelled amazing! Shaq even walked me out to the vehicle and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and made sure I was completely comfortable before leaving.
This was definitely one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received, and I will definitely be renting from this Hertz location again. Thank you, Shaq, for making my experience such a great one!

Will Rent Again
Price was great as were the customer service reps on the day of rental. The odor of the car was horrible as if a previous rentor had animals e.g.dogs or cats on the seats. In fact some parts of the seats were torn. Pics from myself and the rep was taken before rental exchange. I did bring the car back because of the odor. The manager suggested they deodorize it. Which they did. It helped some however the odor remained. Other than that it does not deter me from renting again.
