The rental process was very fast and easy. Everything was explained as we went along, charges were explained clearly and I was out the door very quickly. Great experience, will be renting from this location again.

Off airport location but close enough (2.5 miles). No hassle rental location without the long lines of the airport location. If you are renting during business hours of M-F 8am-5pm you should be good.

Staff and a good Location

Value is good, check out is fast but Check In (drop off) hours? Customer receipt within 7 days? Drop off within rental time frame & no one is available to check car & the time will register when staff returns? THREE WORDS COME TO MIND..."THIS AIN'T HAPPENIN!"

I'll go elsewhere, where those things are geared toward the customer.

Great help from the team lining up the right car at the right time. Always better to use the place not at the airport.

The vehicle I took, Ford Escape, performed well. No issues there. The process of checking out and returning were easy enough. The only two issues I have are:

1. The vehicle I had rented Nissan Rogue was at the rental location but they said it was not yet cleaned. I think this is bogus. They were probably waiting to rent this vehicle to a friend of the manager at the location.

2. The interior of Ford Escape were not cleaned properly. The manager admitted that he had himself personally cleaned it but simply used wrong materials to do the cleaning. He had just used paper towels to do a quick cleaning and that had left paper residues all over which was not pleasant to see.

Tony served me upon arrival to pick up my rental car, as well as when I returned the vehicle the following week. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant. Both transactions went very quickly which seems rare these days. Frankly, it was one of the best, if not the best rental experience I've ever had, and I've had many. Thank you to Tony! I will return to that location for future rentals.

I changed my reservation and paid extra for a large sedan and they still gave me a smaller one.

The employee who greeted me was rude and imposed her will on me. Furthermore, the price was significantly different from what was on the paperwork, and when I tried to return the car to the same place where I picked it up, they asked me to pay an additional fee for reasons I don't understand.
