Works well for the price.

My HeySilky laser hair removal kit arrived yesterday. I’ve never has a laser treatment before, but I’ve shaved and waxed a lot. My first treatment was today and it was completely painless as compared to waxing. I’ll continue to post in about three months to give you an idea of how it helped me.

It’s really easy to use

It’s really easy to use, I’ve only had it for two weeks, but I’m seeing better results, almost as if I were in a salon. Recently I spent a lot of money at a hair removal salon with my beautician but now this product will save me a lot of money . The first equipment I used was inconvenient, I wanted to try HeySilkyskin , and I was not disappointed.

ordered and never received

I ordered and never received,I keep emailing them because there is No phone number to contact, and some times they reply to check with my post office which I have done and they have no idea of where the package is, and I keep telling hey silky what the post office replied but their answer keeps being the same. I asked for a refund and have not received an answer .....at this point o think my money is lost, so frustrating worst company I have purchased a product online

Package turned up after posting review.

Need to update your website to show true times on delivery. I am still a little suspect on this site as my order only seems to happen once I placed a review.

Nice packaging on the product, cord is missing paint - which makes me wonder if it is a returned product.

Tested and it seems to be working well.

#104489-H its been two years!!!!!

#104489-H - I ordered my unit at the end of 2020 and have not yet received my order, according to the post office the order was returned to Silkyskin, I have contacted them so so many times and they just give me a run around. The latest email said they are waiting for the package to be returned to them, yet it was returned over a year ago! What do I do? Its so disappointing, I guess all the bad reviews were right?

If I could get zero stars I would

If I could get zero stars I would. I'm not sure what is wrong with this company or their "customer service" team, but their money back guarantee claim is a lie. I have been trying to return my device for weeks now. It's faulty and broken, they think it's "human error" like I'm new and don't know how to work these devices. This ain't my first rodeo.
But even if I wasn't using it correctly, I just don't want it, I don't like it, I don't need it.
So I've told them, I'm not satisfied, just let me return the item. It's getting old. I may have to turn to the Better Business Bureau just to get my money back because they are refusing to help.
Don't buy from this place, if you aren't satisfied they will not allow you to return!

Hey thanks for the reply HeySilkySkin hopefully you see this and your support team read the 5th email reply I've sent because you're doing everything in your power not to allow me to return the device. No one will tell me even how or where to! They will say everything else!
All I want is to return it and get a refund, period. I don't like it, and I don't want it. Regardless of what your team tells me to do with it. I've used similar machines for the last 7+ years and I'm not satisfied with your product. Your site says if I'm not I can easily return it. Why is this such an issue for you guys?
This is anything but easy.
Please just let me return it for a refund so I can purchase a product I do like and want to support.
This is getting sickening.

Extreme irritated

So far I am not happy! I have literally been waiting for a confirmation email and tracking email for the product I have order nearly 3 1/2 weeks ago when it advertised 4-7 day free shipping. I have reached out to the company twice now and have yet to get a response. Part of me wants to cancel the order and get my refund but the other part is holding out hope that it’ll just show up. Not please at all with the company’s lack of communication and responses if they are going to put out an expensive product they better be sure that the customer gets all the information to track and safely receive their order

Fraud and scam

Hi, I placed my order for heysilky skin on 23-june-2022. In the email they said in 7-12 business days you’ll get your delivery. But still after 12 days I didn’t get anything. I paid $189.00for this product. Evan I sent them an 2 emails about the information of my order but they didn’t respond to any email. Also, they did not provide any tracking number or information for the order. It seems like this is a fraud. Please don’t waste the money on this product. I have very worst experience I just waste my $189.00.

We would also recommend ideally going over the same area more then once during your sessions (up to three). Just make sure to action a skin test patch prior to ensure you are compatible with multiple passes.

Doesn’t work & won’t give money back

Doesn’t work well. I got because it says 90 day money back guarantee. I put in a request to have a refund and send it back and they said they can’t do it since it’s been opened and used! So if you are buying this to try it and feel safe doing so because of the money back guarantee, just know it’s a lie and they won’t give you your money back. Also product this doesn’t actually work! Very disappointed in the product and customer service!

This company is a scam. The product is dangerous, not approved for sale. Customer service are pros in ripping off people. Their reviews are also completely fake and they are clearly paying people to write them. DON'T BUY.

Pretty unhappy with my purchase

Pretty unhappy with my purchase. I used my handset once then the button got stuck. I emailed customer service and sent multiple videos. I’ve just given up trying to get a replacement or even my money back. Very disappointing.

Don’t bother with this product

Don’t bother with this product, only got to use mine a handful of times before it just completely stopped working.
I tried to contact customer care who weren’t even willing to help only because it’s been just over a year since I purchased it. Even though I tried to explain that I have only used it a couple of times on small areas. Complete waste of time & money.

BE CAREFUL

Be careful purchasing this if you are unsure.

I bought one and regretted it straight away (to expensive after seeing it on another website for a tenth of the price)

When emailed them for the address for sending it back i got no response until the third email, in which they stated i could not return the product unless it was still in the outer cellophane “for sanitary reasons” which was great for me as i hadn't opened it, but not sure how this would work for people who wanted to use the 90 day back guarantee after use.

Secondly i was expected to cover the postage fees at their end (even though it was free delivery) which were listed to me in USD even though it was being send Aus - NZ and cover the cost for me to send it back tracked - totalling $89 for me to return LOL.

I ended up selling it onto a friend for slightly less than i paid but if not i would of lost almost half the money i paid.

Would not recommend buying unless you 100% want to keep it.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke! I been trying to return the product as it hasn’t been used and I misunderstood what it was. They refuse to give me the money back all because the outer package was open. The actually product was never used and I have all the items that came with it. Don’t waste your time on these people. I will getting with my bank when they open!

To respond to your reply, I stated the truth, the product was never opened and I contacted the manager trying to return the item and she straight refused to help me. Now she has me blocked from email 🤣🖕🏻 That’s ok sweetheart I’m handling it with the bank.

My first HeySilkySkin I received worked…

My first HeySilkySkin I received worked once and the second time it did not work. They were pretty quick on sending me the second one although I like the rose colour more (which was my first purchase).
I have been using it for a month now and the hairs are still quite thick on my chin. I have a little patch I am trying to eliminate. Hopefully in the next two months there will be progress. I’m excited to see what happens after reading the other reviews.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Almost a month after ordering the device, it still hadn't even shipped. I emailed and requested to cancel the order before it ships after seeing on other reviews(outside their website) that they make you pay for return shipping and that the device does not work. A week later, I receive a notification that it shipped. They don't even benefit from this, they are a scam and if they don't get your money, they make sure you lose some anyways.
