This is a Dell boy supplier who needs to be struck off! You pay your money, the bed doesn't arrive as promised, you speak to staff who are deceitful who assume you were born yesterday, refuse to provide you with a refund and are arrogant in thinking there's no redress when they've blantantly stolen your money. I've raised a dispute with my bank, reported them to trading standards and am prepared to go to the small claims court to retrieve my £678. Beware these are ROGUE TRADERS.

I ordered a Stone House zip and link super king pocket divan. The bed arrived next day delivery and was great quality. It was for a spare room and so I haven't slept in it yet but it certainly seems comfortable and looks great. Really pleased!

Only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that they let you choose your delivery date but then delivered my item a day early very early in the morning with only 10 minutes notice. Luckily it was OK but could have been a real inconvenience. Otherwise very happy with the site, the choices, the quality and the prices.

Absolutely HORRIFIC company , do NOT deal with them !!! Ordered 2 mattresses and a bed from them and when the bed arrived it had the wrong sized slats and the bracket to hold the support bar was missing. Also one of the matresses has got a metal pole sticking out of it which is a massice H & S risk...

So i called them to complain and they said unless you pay for the carriage for all this to be sent back to us so we can check it we arent preparesd to send out any replacement parts !! So i said what are the other options and they said that the only other option was to PAY for the replacement parts !!!

So i asked for a price for those parts and 5 emails later and 5 months down the line i STILL havent had a price !!!

Great furniture at a great price and very fast delivery. My only negative would be the help i got from the online chat not satisfactory.

Item came, ripped packaging, ripped martial and black with dirt where it had been dragged across the floor. I had contacted them 5 times with no reply in order to process my refund.

It came really promptly, great value for money and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Thank you guys . I definitely will be recommending you guys

Totally abyssmal experience. Asked clarifying questions prior to placing the order and they gave wrong answers. End result was the delivered bed was not what we ordered. Normal drawers instead of continental drawers (we have fitted bedroom furniture), castors instead of gliders, and best of all, no way to connect the two halves together. Took another couple of weeks of arguing with them before the bed was collected. After-sales service utter rubbish. Couldn't answer questions and got well ticked off when I reported to Paypal instructing them not to pay. If you are going to order from Home Furnishings UK Ltd, then get any questions in writing (email) and make sure they understand what you want. Good luck, but in all honesty, I would recommend that you go elsewhere; we certainly will be. Rubbish supplier in my book.

Seems to me this company is repeatedly scamming people - they have several sites including Mattress Time. Like quite a few other people the mattress I received was nothing like the one seen in the glossy picture of their website. Typical delaying tactics are used with no refund at the end of it - check the reviews for Mattress Time on Trustpilot, you’ll realise all is not as it seems on their glossy website.

I ordred a matress but they dilevered the wrong matress. I contacted them by phone and email but no one give response to my complaint. Wrost experience. I decided not to buy anything from them again.

after complaining via phone and email no one has contacted me regarding my none delivery on two occasions I think customer service is the worst I have experienced

Before I ordered I read reviews and was somewhat shocked at the bad reports, however the good ones were very good so I decided to take a chance.
Am I glad I did the service was only fractionally short of perfect, I was contacted by phone on the day previous to my delivery to inform me that the delivery would take place the following day as ordered. I enquired if I could be given an approximate time which was not possible but I was told that I was first and second drops(2 orders) and delivery times were between 7am and 7pm.
Sure enough the first came at 7.15 the driver was helpful and pleasant. I arranged to meet him at the second address and exactly the same. Very impressed.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was, the orders were made for delivery at a picked date but I got a call the following day to say they would be delivered the next day, 7 days early. This however was dealt with on the phone and as I have said the deliveries were on time and with a very courteous service.
All in all a very very good experience.

They have several websites all trading the same products.They take your money, saying the product is in stock, then they try & buy it. Then they let you down & ask if you want to leave your money with them for several months until it comes back in stock.. Ive ordered a mattress from an alternative company that has been delivered as expected, but no bed from this lot.. & they are still showing it as in stock on their websites !!!
