I was more than happy with my 2 Headboard . Lovely quality and excellent quick delivery.

After a couple of emails managed to speak to someone, I just need to be a little patient as they are running with fewer staff. I ordered one bed a month ago and it was really great quality so I ordered a further 8 and after a phone call from the company today I was assured my beds will be here tomorrow. So overall very happy.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Do NOT order from this company!!! First of all, there is absolutely no one to contact in regards to your order. No one answers the phone, and surprise surprise, I am unable to log into my account after multiple tries! Resetting password does not work either, it will just bounce you back unsuccessfully.
I ordered a FIRM ORTHOPEDIC mattresses and divan as advertised, and what I got was a very cheap looking and feeling base, like four pieces of wood shoved together and and sheet stapled on top of it. The mattress was neither firm nor orthopedic. It was like laying on a marshmallow! I sunk into it. If that's "Orthopedic" then you're having a bloody laugh!!! I absolutely want my money back, worst investment ever!

Please take great care when ordering from this company. It is with heavy heart I take this unusual step. 2 sets superking size zip links came, after issues with delivery, ONLY 1/2 covered in mesh type see through fabric. When beds were made up as singles bare wood frame is seen. Flimsy ( one base now broken). Wheels came off too. Worryingly 'REbecca' who has been arguing for months over this agreed to upgrade to more substantial ( read safe and fit for purpose) ...at a cost of £150.00 after much discussion with manufacturers, . I agreed to accept re covered bases in a proper fabric. Agreed was sent link for swatches - didnt work replied to ask for swatches to choose; ignored ; returned from visit to see family - first time since lockdown- asked about delivery . Told outwith guarantee. Contacted them today - no reply. Contacted directors - same address as ' Rebbecca' no reply. No telephone care; no customer service complaints procedure. I will now seek compensation for losses and for selling beds which were not as seen in advertising. And, critically, not fit for purpose. Folks - there are other bed companies supplying similar priced beds at far superior quality and excellent post sales.
Delivery driver - was extremely 'unfit' arrived with no means to carry beds and ran out of petrol.

I will update if they try to make amends as would only be fair - currently it is a '0' from me.

This is the second time we have been asked to write a review, and for the second time, our comment is still the same. On the review it states we offer a 10% discount for positive feedback, we wouldn't buy from these if it was 100%
Our experience with Home Furnishings UK, has been very poor. The Divan base we ordered which was delivered, was not what we ordered. We ordered a 4ft 6in and a 4ft turned up, we didn't notice straight away, and the driver had left, we have complied with all requirements, but since then there has been NO response whatsoever from Home Furnishings, and or Rapyal stores, which is part of the same company. If I could score 0, I would. We have spent £205 on a Divan base, that to us is useless, our 4ft 6in mattress is to large, and we are out of pocket. So think twice before ordering from Home Furnishings UK and or Rapyal Stores, because if you dont you also may pay the cost. 100014747

Bed was delivered with broken drawers and castors didn’t fit. Emailed and phoned hoping for replacement or refund. Heard nothing for over a week.

They will blame covid 19. If you any deliver or offer customer service covid is not an excuse

I was really scared to use them after reading all of the horror stories on here. My mattress was delivered next day as promised. Mattress looked alright...I wouldn’t say it was the best craftsmanship as there were stray bits of thread sticking out and the topper looked a bit uneven and I saw a slight colour discolouration between the sides and seams but it smelt new. Maybe was just sitting around for awhile, but you get what you pay for and it was next day delivered. Feels comfortable. **Update** the pillow top mattress crushed down leaving a duvet after only a couple of months of use. I complained to the company and instead of sending someone out to investigate or asking for photos they wanted me to send the mattress back at my cost to determine if the mattress was faulty and if it wasn’t found to be I would have to eat the cost to have it sent back. Their guarantee means nothing. Avoid.

My experience was swift and sweet no hassle whatsoever.
I called up the customer service desk, to place my order. No reason in particular other than to judge and make a final decision of “this is where I want to spend my £399 pounds”.

I was happy with the telephone service the lady also gave me alternative styles around the same price range.

I settled for the 4FT Rapyal Sleep Dolci MEDIUM GREY Plush Velvet Chester. Which came in the allocated time fame, which was given to me by the delivery man of the morning.

Ordered bed about 8/09/2020. Rung up on 11/09 after email saying order "complete" and was told order should arrive mid week ie 16/17-09. Just rung again on 23rd to be told they will contact supplier in morning. Told them just to cancel order.

Wrong item sent being passed off as a different product. Late delivery despite paying for premium service. Then didn't collect and blamed 3rd party courier. truly awful service.

The bed was dangerous and totally unsafe. I’ve taken pictures and videos to go to trading standards. It took a month with eBay having to step in twice- an hour before eBay would of refunded me without them collecting due to ignoring me they finally agreed to pick the bed up for a refund. They are rude, unhelpful and liars. They sell dangerous beds and expect you to put up and shut up.

Easy transaction , delivery time were great Alongside friendly helpful staff . The bed were value for money came in pristine condition . Would use again . Thanks
