I needed a bed at short notice and had been let down by another company. From ordering to delivery the service was excellent. Communication, by email and telephone was timely and reliable. The bed arrived within two days and was of good quality.

The only reason I have given 4stars and not 5 is they changed my delivery day without notice or explanation. Other than that no problems.

Brought 3 single beds with mattresses 6 months ago one has had a 9 year old a small boy light as a feather but the springs come through and were jabbing him which was painful, after contacting these id***s I was told it has surpassed the 30 day period so I had to pay to get the mattress to them so they could inspect it, leaving my son with nothing to sleep on, so basically they took our money and I could get lost!!! Robbing a***holes! IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY STAY CLEAR YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Delivered on time , cheerful delivery driver, packaged brilliant, and great quality bedstead and mattress at very reasonable prices , definitely recommend .

Allowed me to order an item and take money for an item that was not even in stock took nearly a week for the money to go back into my bank which meant I was not able to order an alternative from elsewhere due to not having the money

Have no idea what there products are like as courier advised it was damaged after a week sitting in the depot. I cancelled the order over the he phone and was advised a full refund would be done that day. A week later I phoned as no money and was advised had to email them and refund would be immediate. 5 days later phoned again that finance department was handling it and refund could take another 2 to 3 weeks. Not at all impressed, many much better companies than this, use someone else who might care, I definitely will never use this company in any guise of there name again.

We still haven’t received our mattress after the courier tried to deliver it to the wrong address 5 days ago! I’ve phoned several times and am still waiting for it to be delivered!

In the meantime bought our sons mattress from argos and managed to get it next day. In meantime we are waiting for a refund and still have wrong delivery in corridor. Sam sales lazy and has lost a sale an expensive wrong mattress and a PayPal investigation??

By far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life by this disgusting company. Be very careful. They trade under multiple names and are also all over eBay. Have a habit of leaving positive reviews for themselves aswell. I had over a long of issues with a faulty item, 4 incorrect t exchanges and absolutely no customer service or an apology. Finally got my money back. Even their own delivery driver has nothing positive to say about them which says a lot.

During these times our delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was pleasant.We were called first to let us know when our delivery would be arriving great service

I have been trying to get hold of this company and the number I have saying does not exist, I bought blinds in August 2019 and only taken them out the box two weeks ago to find they are all to short, I am very angry as I paid 500pound for these blinds and can’t get hold of the company
