It’s not an everyday purchase, so you want that little bit more from someone selling you that little bit of luxury, and Jamie and Charlie do just that. From the first time we walked into the store just over a year ago to having my dream HiFi delivered they have been there, listening and suggesting those all important tweaks to the set up. Nothing has been too much trouble for them from demos to recommendations and then installing the final selection of kit we chose. Once it was in they didn’t stop with that, ensuring everything was just as we wanted it . As the advert says if Carling sold HiFi they would be selling HiFi Gear Hereford - it has simply been the best experience from start to finish.

HiFi Gears customer service is excellent. Manager Jamie Grindrod was always quick to respond to any questions and work hard to ensure I recevied the right product to suit my needs.

Quality of service is outstanding from HiFi Gear. I ordered online on Monday morning and got a call to make sure the proposed delivery date was convenient (which already tells you something about the high level of customer care). While on the phone I was able to ask about something related to my purchase, and take the opportunity to buy an accessory to be bundled in with the free delivery - which arrived as promised the next morning, really carefully packed. Although I'm not exactly local to them, they're close enough to feel like a bit like a local store, and given my experience so far I'd choose them again without hesitation. I will also look in next time I'm visiting Hereford because that's how good they've made me feel about the service they provide.
