I have been a customer of hifi gear for some years now. My first purchase was a small sound system for my computer. Some years later down the line I now have a full separate system I’m my front room and a basic system in my bedroom and my office at home and at work. From day 1, both Jamie and Charle have given me time, superb advice and customer service that many other shops could learn from. All I can say is thank you for all your help to date, I really do appreciate it.

I purchased a degritter record cleaner from hifi gear and found them very helpful. This was the first time I had used the shop.
I decided to get an extra water tank , so called them and asked them to put one aside, as I live a little over an hour away from the shop. When I arrived it was ready and waiting for me. The store staff were both friendly and helpful on both occasions.

Everything went well with my order :). I'd just like to mention that they wrapped the box of the amplifier that I ordered in brown paper which I appreciated as I'm fussy about boxes and like them to be kept in excellent condition :). So many companies don't bother wrapping things like this.

Contacted Hifi Gear via the live chat function on their website. They responded immediately and did a quick stock check, confirming the item I wanted was in stock. Paid online and the free delivery service unexpectedly arrived the next morning (a Saturday!) before 10am. Exceptional, couldn't ask for a better buying experience.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Hi Fi Gear! Their team was incredibly fast and efficient, with excellent communication every step of the way. I ordered a Linn Trampolin Base Board, and a very friendly and helpful staff member reached out to update me on my order's progress. They clearly explained why there might be a slight delay of just one day, which I truly appreciated. This level of transparency and care is rare to find. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future!
