1 star as can't give zero
1 star as can't give zero. Worst e-learning ever. Slow, monotonous and questions so badly worded it's impossible to answer. No feedback on test, just sends you round in a loop listening to the same rubbish over and over. Do not use, no relevant information what so ever. What a waste of time. Nobody loves e-learning, but this is the worst sorry example I have ever encountered. The only thing I learnt is don't use this company!

Not Sure whats the worth of my self-printed Certificate
Just finished my Food Safety level 3 training. The certificate was very easy to download and two stars for the content. But I am not sure whats the worth of my Level 3 certificate because the document does not mention any accreditations. I am not sure if its useful because its also doesn’t mention if its EHO approved. It says CPD certified on the website but it’s nowhere mentioned on the certificate. There are just two logos and both are highfield’s logos.
There are certain modules where “I felt” that the answers or the specific topic was not covered and hence I got the answers wrong. Also some modules are not very easy to understand like “Control Measure”. I found that module very messed up because you learn something and you answer about something else. Took me some 7-8 attempts to clear that module. Every time you fail, the website throws you back to the first slide and you have to study whole module again. Fair enough if you get questions from the covered material but “I felt” otherwise.
God knows if council will accept my this certification or I’ll have to do another EHO approved certification
Update: Read the response and things make sense to me. Like EHO approval, I was not familiar with the technicality. Thanks for your response and making my concepts clear.

Our Food Safety Level 3 course has been developed and reviewed by a number of Environmental Health Officers, including the most prominent author of Environmental Health literature in the world, Richard Sprenger.
Our course fully meets the legal requirements for food safety training AND the entrance requirements for both HABC accredited qualification and those from a number of other Awarding Organisations.
We choose not to label our courses as EHO approved as no formal route exists to obtain approval from Local Authority Environmental Health Departments, this is as each EHO reports to their own authority and as public organisations they do not endorse commercial products. We feel that to label an e-learning course as ‘EHO Approved’ would be at worst dishonest and at best misleading, we leave other providers to make their own decision on the honesty of such a claim.
It is important to us that learners finish our courses with full knowledge of the training they have just completed. Therefore, where an end of module question is answered incorrectly, the course takes you back to the page that contains the relevant information.

Absolutely terrible company paid for fast track cscs card and over a week later still waiting. Spoke to director many times who said he’d get straight back to me and never did, tired of chasing this useless company. Seems like a scam to me so beware
