Really great customer service and team overall helping me get a gift card to a friend. Seriously impressed - I'll be back for sure.

Used Hirestreet a few times for dresses to events, really quick turn around and quality of garments! Dresses have always been in near new condition- I also like that you can select pick up on your return at no extra cost, meaning you don’t have to go to a post office etc to return someone will pick it up from your house.

This week I ordered a dress for rental for an event on Sunday and selected the wrong delivery date, emailed on Thursday night and received an email on Friday to say they had changed the delivery option for me and wavered the additional £2. Really fast and efficient service from Charlotte in the customer service team! ❤️❤️

Received a damaged dress. The whole 'can't return or exchange items' is a massive cop out - I've paid £50 to what - TRY ON A DRESS THAT DOESN'T FIT?! And to receive a dress that's damaged? That is shocking and I will never use this company again and will warn others off of it as well. Messaged customer service to log a complaint about the damaged dress so will wait to see how they resolve it.

I’ve used hirestreet a few times now for special events the outfits and quality are 2nd to none and as I only wear a outfit once this is the perfect site hire it send it back so reasonable and quick delivery would definitely recommend them

I ordered a rental which unfortunately wasn’t wearable as described and didn’t look like the model photos. After leaving an honest review I was contacted the same day by a customer service employee named Charlotte who went out of her way to offer me a choice between a free replacement/emergency hire or a voucher code to use for the future. I really appreciated her swift response to my situation and felt my issue was taken seriously. Hopefully this was just one unlucky garment I chose, and I’m looking forward to my next hire (a summer wedding guest outfit!)

Hirestreet never fail to deliver high quality items! I have used them several times for special occasions, they have a great selection and always deliver with plenty of time to spare.

Amazing hire- will do this every time!

Fantastic customer service - quick to reply to my emails! Ordered two dresses for an event and both were perfect. Plus, they were sent several days ahead of my booking date which was great just in case they didn’t work out. Luckily, the dresses were a great fit and great condition.

I decided to buy the dress I wanted, rather than rent it. It arrived not in the best condition, rather smelly and the zip broke (it had been pulled out of line by a previous wearer). I complained to HireStreet and they were great. They sent me a replacement dress straight away and when I was happy they gave me a partial refund. Throughout the process they were attentive and wanted to make sure I was happy. Mistakes happen and issues slip through the net, it’s how companies deal with the issues that matters and I was very impressed with HireStreet in the end.

APPALLING. Absolutely horrendous service. Firstly, the dress I chose - which was clearly available on the website and I paid for and was again confirmed in email - was then said to be unavailable. I responded to that email picking which new dress I would like - within minutes of their email letting me know my original dress was unavailable. The new dress was not dispatched until 24 hours later. My dress will now not arrive on time, I am leaving for my trip now and I will not have the dress. My event has been completely ruined.

I feel really sad about Hirestreet - used them for the first time and it was great to have the fit guarantee so I could try a couple of sizes. However they have now removed the fit guarantee so that the only way of ensuring sizing will be to rent 2 versions which doubles the cost (or check the measurements which is never successful for me). This means that it might now cost £50 to rent a £150 dress for 5 days which just doesn’t make financial sense. I therefore won’t be using Hirestreet again until they change their returns policy

As always amazing service from Hirestreet. Charlotte was incredibly helpful after I made a mistake ordering for the wrong date. I ordered from Hirestreet about once a month (for the last two years). They are amazing, reliable and very quick to reply to any queries. I also love that you are able to buy items you particularly love. I did this with my last order and it was a seamless process. I already have my next order on the way, the communication is amazing at keeping you updated. I think Hirestreet is a great concept, it is sustainable fashion done right

I ordered dress and paid 27£+5.95 post fee.
Returned unworn dress and get 22£ back.For some unexplained reasons got 5£ -18% charge for unworn item.
I have get in touch with Hirestreet and they explained that after 19 of June they have changed T&C.
By the way my item was purchased and returned unworn before of 10 June.

I would not, use Hirestreet service again and would not recommend to anyone.

Waste of time and money

I've been a customer now for a while and I swear by Hirestreet for all my clothes for any occasion now. The best outfits without the unnecessary factor of purchasing something you're only going to wear once that then sits in your closet doing nothing because you dread repeating yourself. I recently had a major malfunction with one of the dresses but Isabella was more than gracious and helpful in responding to me and ensuring I felt like a valued customer by the end of our interaction. I have and will continue to shout about Hirestreet and recommend to all my friends.

I love the concept of Hirestreet and loved the dresses. I just wish the customer experience was better.
I ordered 5 dresses for 30 days, one was unavailable so got offered another replacement. This was great.
I was a bit let down when all the dresses arrived in a small box, no protective covers or even an invoice, delivery note or any instructions. One of the dresses had slight damage and I was given a discount code but honestly the cost to hire is so reasonable a discount code isn’t really worth it. I’ve also returned the parcels and not received any update from Hirestreet that they have been received. None of these things are deal breakers just small improvements that would really make this a great customer experience.
I would 100% use again as sustainable and for occasions great to get a wear once dress, I just wish it was a nicer experience. Even low end fast fashion companies send items out in protective bags etc.

I took up the 2 for £30 offer, plus I paid for insurance, the items were received, I tried them on, they didn’t fit so I returned them within an hour! I am not entitled to a credit refund or exchange as I took up an offer! Make sure you understand the T&C of this site. Sustainable yes, as long as clothes fit you.

UPDATE: Thank you Hirestreet for your reply and for the solution you have offered. I appreciate your comments and I think that your page still needs to be more transparent to customers regarding your stance, as upon review of your T’s and C’s I still found that the information was not clearly available. I think that what you have is a great idea, but people will feel cheated, as I did, when the information surrounding returns of unworn clothes is not clear. For your outstanding customer service in this situation I have amended my review.

What a find! My daughter found this site for me as I had seen a dress for a important occasion but my size was out of stock and running out of time...there was the dress, my size and ordered with delivery very quickly. Garment was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The process is so easy and simple, what a brilliant idea! Thank you so much!

I came across HireStreet when I was looking for a black tie gala outfit. I tried it out and was so incredibly impressed with the price, service and products that I am back again! This time I rented 5 items for £55 - I need an outfit for a cocktail party and a black tie optional wedding. The 5 items arrived in great condition (most with the original tags still on them) and 3 of them fit perfectly. Now I have to decide which 2 outfits to pack!
