The actual product and delivery were good. The packaging for the items left lots to be desired and the instructions weren’t that clear so I had to watch a YouTube video to put the item together.

Overpriced junk
Overpriced junk! Ive had multiple office / gaming chairs. Thought Id give these ago. WOW! I regretted it straight away. Turned up and everything is low - poor quality. Not well built at all. Its a complete mess found 14 different problems. The plastic covers are tacky and cheap as they get it had shattered. The seat was off cut and looked completely wrong. Wahers were missing because apparently they cant count. The base was marked to high heaven. Multiple damage on several areas of the main chair. Then customer service were complete useless. Basically this £450 they refuse to replace the only one part that I asked to replace probably the cheapest part on it and the missing washers. DIsgusted by them. Do not waste your money. Hopefully companies like these will be out of business soon as they shouldnt be allowed to operate.

I am very happy with the Easy Clap desk I just received and the walnut/black colour is very smart. Good online and delivery experience.
Only small disappointment was a scratch on one of the legs, but you don’t really see it when it’s up. Can happen.

The specs in website is quite accurate and in details, asked some questions in the customer service chat they were friendly! Placed an order on 14Dec and was a little worried if it would arrive by Xmas, and didn’t know that it was from Germany. Yet! 22Dec it arrived! exactly 6days as advised so all good!
Happy with the product so far Kid Wing Desk Chair (actually for a petite size adult), ergonomic chair at a budget price. Worth a try!
