Hussein is a complete professional and friendly, no silly questions just got on with the job and was finished in 45 mins.

Do not use this company. Absolute shambles from start to finish.

The engineer who attended my home was very chatty but highly unprofessional. He went into the attic where the boiler is and told me he had isolated the heating so it would stay on continuously. After he left, I realised my underfloor heating was still not on.

When I looked for the thermostat to turn it up, I couldn’t find it anywhere. The engineer had told me he left it in the attic, but after checking multiple times — and even asking my 12-year-old son to look in case I was missing it — it was not there. I contacted the engineer and asked him to check his bag and pockets. He insisted he didn’t have it.

It was only after I rang the office that he sent me a photo of the thermostat in his hand, admitting it was in his coat pocket. By this point I had already paid £179. I had no heating and no thermostat, and he refused to return it until the following day, meaning I couldn’t even call out another plumber.

He eventually returned the thermostat the next afternoon.

I was then contacted by a so-called manager, Chris(s), who promised me a full refund, asked for my bank details, and confirmed the money would be in my account within 1–3 working days. Five days later, no refund arrived. When I contacted him again, he ignored my messages and calls. After one missed call, he texted me saying “job done”.

I challenged this, as the engineer did not complete any work — I even have Ring doorbell footage showing him dropping off the thermostat and leaving. Chris then changed his story, said the engineer claimed the job was done, and flat-out refused to refund me. He told me to “take them to court” and said he would no longer deal with the issue.

Every time I call the company, I’m told someone will call me back immediately — and no one ever does.

I was given conflicting information about who owns the company and who the manager actually is. At one point I was told the engineer was the director. At another point, I was told this was his “last straw” and that he had done this before.

Overall, this company is completely disorganised, dishonest, and unprofessional. I paid for a service that was not carried out, was left without heating, had my thermostat taken, and was lied to about a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

Fitted a new stop tap to cold water supply and checked and corrected noisy shower fault finding.

Both times Hussein visited he spotted problems outside his job and fixed them for free. E.g. when he installed bathroom sink taps he replaced a broken toilet pipe valve, and when he installed a toilet he noticed I had the wrong type of shower head that was damaging my shower and he gave me a correct shower head for free. He also gave good advice about the Warm Homes Grant and Severn Trent leak allowance when I mentioned a previous leak. He seemed trustworthy and incredibly helpful. Also very reasonable prices.

Ezekiel Torrevillas and his coworker John were both friendly , professional and prompt. They called 1/2 prior to arrival. Giving me a heads up that they were on their way. They came the same day and worked for hours to resolve the blocked drain. They explained everything to me in lay men’s terms and gave me quotes upfront prior to working on anything so nothing was a surprise. They also told me their recommendations for future work needed and how much that would be. So happy the drains are flowing free. I would recommend this company and those individual plumbers to anyone who is looking for a reputable company.
