Enjoyable,hassle free experience
The assistant was polite, cheerful and very helpful. The items I required were on the upper floor , to save me using the lift, I have mobility problems, she, Louise,went upstairs and brought me a selection to choose from.

The staff at my local HMV are so…helpful, informative and polite
The staff at my local HMV are so helpful, informative and polite, also our new HMV store is well laid out with goods easy to find and well priced in most things, I'm big in collecting Marvel and DC figures, Graphic Novels and Blu-rays and would love to see more on sale products in the store instead of relying on the online shop, I like to see what I'm buying for quality in the way of figures and books, but over all I'm very happy with my HMV it's my favourite store.

Very satisfied
The two staff members i spoke to helpful and friendly i purchased two dad's one had to be posted to my home address in edinburgh it arrived about two days after arrived home so with done to the staff of hmv blackpool
