Amazing customer service!
I have visited 3 hmv stores last week and everyone I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable. I must mention one in particular, the branch in Brighton at Churchill square shopping centre. I didn't catch the guys name but I asked for a vinyl record which I had seen was on a promotion to which I couldn't find it. He searched and come back to me and replied it was out of stock and I could order it to be delivered to my home if I choose too. I was very happy with the help him and the young lady on the checkout who made my shopping experience worth while.

Wanted to purchase item in store.
Lack of support when asked about any available sizes of the shirt in the back (for my wife).
So I had to order online.
Would have purchased andditional items, including more shirts but they seem to be WAY overpriced.
This might be a one-off experience for me.

I wanted a particular t shirt for my granddaughters birthday but the Brighton store (where I was on holiday) didn't have the size so the member of staff arranged for one to be delivered free of charge to the Bradford store for me to collect on my return home, excellent customer service from all concerned, thank you and my granddaughter loves her Stranger Things t shirt.

The staff were extremely helpful in assisting with my purchase of the CD. As I could not find what I wanted in the store they researched this item on line for me. They advised me that I would be notified when it was going to be despatched and then when I could collect from the store which is exactly what transpired
