I ordered 2 vinyl to be collected from store in Ipswich.
I collected the items and was assured that both were in the packet.
Stupidly I left and drove 11 miles back home only to realise one was missing.
I returned to the store and was told that the second couldn’t have arrived and was questioned a number of times around my confirmation email which I showed twice.
Eventually the second vinyl was found no where near my other item despite an alphabetical system.
Not overly impressed.

Stray Kids Limited Edition Hop
Brilliant service! Got my album pre ordered in the store in person on Wednesday 11th December and got my album in the post on the 13th December on the day of release. Speedy postage. Lovely customer service and first time in having something delivered from HMV. Will definitely do it again.

There is nothing like browsing in a proper shop. If you are unable to find what you are looking for they will order and deliver to the shop. Saves the hassle of items being left on your doorstep and the risk of theft.
A fantastic selection of vinyl ,DVD's, CD's and other music related products.

Good experience overall.
I’d rather shop with hmv,because I know I’ll have a good experience,both online and instore. Once my preorder was dispatched I received an email and another once it was ready for collection. The staff are friendly and I was served quickly and efficiently.
