I visited hmv in search of a film on dvd or blue ray, it was a film l saw in the early 1980s it made in 1971 and it was called villian staring Richard Burton and a ford zephyr. I spoke to a member of staff who had never heard of this film but he searched for a copy and had it delivered to the shop.He was polite and very helpful and was genuinely very interested in me as a customer.

HMV UK No.1 !!!!!!!!
Don’t ya just luv HMV, you can’t get any company more British than HMV what an icon & an ambassador for the UK.
The only critique I have is now I’m getting older I’m finding it too dark inside their shops to see my items to read & purchase. But will always go into my local Nottingham store, just means I do my research online before buying but the staff there are always friendly & always have the time for YOU.
KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT OUTSIDE WORK.

Your service is always first class and the staff at your Nottingham branch couldn't be more helpful. This the second time I've gone in the store and been unable to find what I'm looking for but the staff are eager to please customers and quickly ordered the item I was looking for and it arrived almost straight away even considering it was the Easter holidays. I cannot prise your company enough and its always a please doing business with you. Please keep up the good work and congratulate your excellent staff.
