Was unable to attend the event and collect my purchase. Three days and no response from Customer Services :-(

Your security gave me wrong information…
Your security gave me wrong information on the door. This was for the Hackett Rothery signing. I was told to wait in the queue and the wrist band would be brought to me. Other people explained this was wrong and I obtained my wrist band and album.

Excellent service for those with accessibility needs
I came along for the Steve Hackett & Steve Rothery record launch. I have mobility problems and they saw I had a walking stick so I was given a wristband to show I needed accessible entry. I was so well looked after! Taken up in the lift and shown to seats at the front of the stage. Afterwards we were let through first for the signing and helped down via the lift. It was service over and above. Thank you so much!

Everytime I been to an HMV event
Everytime I been to an HMV event , never been a problem until this event where from nowhere up popped this little woman who was described by someone else there as a jobsworth telling what you can & can’t do . Everything was running ok until she appeared 😡

Dungeon Lane out of stock
Although disappointed and surprised that the new Paul McCartney cd was out of stock at HMV Oxford Street, the assistant was helpful did try to locate it but was unsuccessful. He ordered it for me and it arrived at my Selsey address 3 days later. I'm happy to have the cd although, with postage, it cost £16.99 rather than £13.99!

The best is shopping IN PERSON!
The best it the fact that I can go to the store IN PERSON rather than pointlessly fighting with websites.
Asking a person at a store solves the questions in situ, and much faster than getting lost in countless clicks on the website.
Staff are knowledgeable, found the items I needed and I could order them (they did it for me) without any stress.
I will recommend to have more computers to search for items at the desks, so that several staff can search instead of waiting for THE ONE ON THE FLOOR to be available.
Thank you so much to Nick at the Oxford Street branch for being so wonderful to find and order my DVDs. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of previous staff that helped me find / order what I needed, but they were great too.
The branch must remain OPEN and must keep SEVERAL STAFF helping customers. This will continue to make HMV the best!
