Hi well when you buy stuff click & collect from anybody anywhere you expect it to there the next day. And that's what lve experience always. But with you I had to wait whatever it was 2 or 3 days I couldn't believe it. So no I want be using you again. Very annoyed.

You'll receive an email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse and another when the item is ready to collect from the store of your choice.
Your order should reach the store within 2-5 days after placing the order, provided the item is in stock at our warehouse.
We dispatch items as soon as they are available, so please bear in mind that your items may arrive at the store at different times. You’ll receive separate dispatch emails per parcel and we’ll email you as soon as an item is ready to collect.

CD Order
No problems. I ordered the CD and it was delivered to the store. It took a few days but that is because it is not by a well known mainstream band, more of a niche artist, so it may have taken a bit longer, but this is to be expected.
