Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Before I enrolled, I was not informed that the sessions would be pre-recorded. This was a major disappointment because I expected live, interactive classes.

I was convinced to purchase a 3-month plan based on promises that were not fulfilled. They claimed each class would last one hour, but the trainer, Rahul Sabbarwal, recorded session ended in around 40 minutes.

Customer support was equally disappointing. I had a genuine family emergency and requested to pause my subscription for a few days. Instead of showing any flexibility, they simply refused, saying it was against their policy. Once they have your payment, they don't seem interested in helping customers.

The marketing creates expectations that the service simply doesn't meet. My overall experience felt misleading, and I regret spending my money on this program.

Save your money and your time. There are far better platforms that provide transparent information, better customer support, and much better value for the price. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Fake marketing . Bloody liars . Don’t msg or reply don’t take calls .

Once you trapped with 1 month & then some executive will call nd insist you for 3 months plan .

Hi recently joined hobifit
The charge 1999rs for zumba then one girl called Senior Health Coach at *HobFit*
And next asked me to pay 4000 rs for dietitian and assigned senior dietitian she asked me to pay 3500 rs for the blood test and then after report there is only problem with my thyroid she told there is some fluctuations in your report I will ask your coach and update the package the coach taken 2500rs she us forcing to pay within 30 min and now no one responding about the diet

Hobfit assigned senior coach name is Mansha I paid her everything she is telling me to call and connect to dietitian where the dietitian is not responding to my message. She is the one who assigned how they are treating customer is not so good

Here’s a -10 NEGATIVE review. BIG SCAM
1. These are NOT live sessions. But they will not tell you that. THEY WILL LIE
2. They will try to upsell a diet plan.
3. There is NO REFUND if you do not like the sessions.
4. There are 2 Zumba instructors who will do everything else but professional original simple basic Zumba.
5. This is Indian Zumba with lots of twists turns, jumps, belly movements with a mix of Bollywood and Bhagra. So if you want to prepare for a dance performance for a wedding or concert it’s an excellent place to start.
6. ThIS IS NOT POSTPARTUM FRIENDLY AT ALL. You will end up injuring your core and healing process.
7. In short BIG SCAM. Waste of money.
8. You will find better videos of YOUTUBE for FREE.
9. Extremely poor customer service. Will repeat like a talking parrot.

With so much content on YouTube you should be delivering way more and much better content. And live sessions should be live not recorded. DO NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS TO GET YOUR SALE.

Instead, I was given pre-recorded videos — the exact opposite of what I specifically requested and paid for. Honestly, YouTube offers far better content for free.

I was told that my money would be refunded — but that was another false promise. They do not refund your money. The whole process felt misleading and dishonest. I regret not listening to another customer’s review warning about false claims and poor customer service — they were absolutely right.

HobFit overpromises and under-delivers. It’s a waste of money and a huge disappointment.

I put one because I can't pot zero. Don’t subscribe to these sessions. I lost my money. They refused to refund me. The customer care is terrible. These are depressing sessions, with a man dancing like a robot. You don’t see any people with you. It’s like dancing in a dark vaccum. They are hiding a lot of things. These are disgusting telecasted lessons. And they don’t provide this information properly. The woman who responds on this insta, doesn’t even know how to talk and give information to clients. Don’t fall in this trap. They are scamming people. They don’t even have real video to put or show the clients. I dislike them so much that I left the first session at half. I am ready to let go my money than screwing up my mind attending them. Don’t go mad. Find better classes. Vultures for money.

I was completely cheated by HobFIT and want to warn others.
I first saw their advertisement claiming they offer live online fitness classes. Based on this, I purchased a 1-month Zumba plan. Soon after, a representative named Manasha contacted me. She promised me in writing that these were LIVE ONLINE CLASSES with flexible timings, but then she pushed me to upgrade to a 3-month plan, saying it would be better.

After joining, I was shocked to see the truth: there were no live classes at all. HobFIT only gives pre-recorded old videos, with no interaction, no instructors, and nothing close to what was promised.

When I asked for a refund, Manasha transferred my case to Ustav (RM). This man was completely unprofessional, rude, and refused to help. Even after I showed him proof (screenshots where they clearly said “online classes”), he denied everything and made excuses. Honestly, both Manasha and Ustav are running this scam together — one misleads you into paying more, and the other blocks your refund.

⚠️ HobFIT is nothing but a fraud company. They:
• Advertise fake “live classes”
• Mislead customers into paying for longer plans (like my 3-month plan)
• Deliver only useless recordings
• Have terrible staff like Manasha and Ustav who exploit people and refuse refunds

Please do not waste your money on HobFIT. They are scammers making money by cheating innocent people in the name of fitness.

Underrated service with extremely poor customer satisfaction

Absolutely worst ever experience with the hobfit wellness program application. Despite help to customer, the company's refusal to refund my money is a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Their customer support is non-existent, and their policies seem designed to rip off customers. Avoid this company at all costs. During the sale, they promised sweet deals, but when we tried to refund and get our money back, they shamelessly said 'sorry.' It's outrageous! I believe karma will catch up with them, and I'll be praying for it. They took our money, but I hope they face consequences.

I will give it a negative star if I can. The well coach only did perfect pich to make a sale, and after that no replies in timely manner regarding the complaint I lodged. I feel cheated. Very very disappointing. All they care about is selling and upgrading plans.
Inwas told you will get a refund if you don't like it and whn I asked about refund policy they gave policy in my face.

Even the classes and instructors are unprofessional. English is hard to understand, pre recorded classes. So much hidden Information not told when purchasing the plan.

It’s a waste of money and time, these are just recorded videos like YouTube videos and playing each day same thing. The instructor thinks she is speaking English but very hard to understand what she is speaking. The background of the instructor is horrible and she is not even visible.

These are the most unprofessional people I ever came across. They were literally behind me to make me sign up for a month but never prompt enough to check my messages that the app didn’t work for me. But they have already started my subscription and it over before I even started. Now they don’t even have the courtesy to let alone refunding the amount , give me a month of trial atleast for the amount that I paid. Their response is that I have to sign up for 2 more months, why to get the record of cheated again? There are many Zumba classes available in the YouTube they are far more better than these fraudsters.

I was contacted by one of the representatives from this company HobFIT about their fitness programs. The representative clearly mentioned these are ONLINE CLASSES with flexible slots. They said they don't give demo classes so I purchased a one month plan for their Zumba classes. After I paid, they registered me into their app. But when I took one class the next day, I was shocked to see that they are not giving online classes, it was just a RECORDING of one of their old sessions that they sold out to me where you can't even interact with the instructor.
When I contacted this guy Abhishek from customer service he clearly denied that we never told you its an online class we said its a telecast but I have all their messages where its mentioned ONLINE CLASSES. I asked for a refund but they said they don't have a refund policy.

They are not replying back to me now.

I checked their reviews on google and Apple store later and found out I am not the only one complaining about it. They are simply making a fool of people specially who are living outside India by selling recordings in the name of fitness online classes.

They are fooling people in the name of health and fitness. They should have clearly mentioned earlier that these are not online classes and then let people decide if they want to purchase or not.

This guy Abhishek giving me stupid excuses and even after I shared a screenshot of my conversation when they clearly said online classes, he is not even accepting this and keeps on saying we never said that.

2.Lack of coordination was equally frustrating . Dietitian missed the appointment and only when I chased,I was offered another time slot with little notice, disregarding my availability.
3.Customer support is non-existent—repeated attempts to contact their representative, have gone unanswered since payment was made!

All this added to my frustration & I gave notice within 48 hours to cancel my enrolment and initiate a refund but was told customer service would contact which never happened its day 5 today, and they are ignoring my calls.
HobFit overpromises and under-delivers. I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a professional or personalised fitness experience. Save your money!
