After dealing with seven different agents over a span of two weeks and getting absolutely nowhere, Christinah resolved more in five minutes than all of them combined. She was efficient, knowledgeable, decisive, and actually understood the issue instead of passing me around or giving scripted responses.

To be completely honest, Home Connect has the worst service I have ever experienced, slow, unhelpful, and incredibly frustrating. However, Christinah was a complete exception. She restored my faith in the company through pure competence and professionalism.

Khule Ndlovu is a professional. He is pleasant, calm and understands his clients. After several days of having our service down and little updates on the ETR, he stepped in and ensured that the fibre provider attended to our matter with urgency. We appreciated his constant updates and check-ins everyday throughout the period until our service was up and running again.

Siyanda was helpful and patient voice, guiding me successfully through the steps.

Siyanda was extremely patient and supportive. She took the time to help without rushing me.

Princess handled my matter with professionalism, integrity and trust. At no stage was i treated like an "idiot". When I explained the steps I took to test my issue, she immediately went to level 2 support so that I didn't have to redo anything.
